Personal data are individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes, in particular, information such as your name, address, dates of birth or telephone number. Data that cannot be directly linked to your identity is not considered personal data.

Collection and processing of personal data

When you visit our website, our web servers - for the purpose of system security - store certain data by default. This is your IP address, the name of your internet service provider, the type and version of your browser software, the operating system of the computer with which you access our website, the website from which you visit us, the web pages you visit on our website, the date and duration of your visit and, if applicable, the search words you used to find our website. We only store this data for the duration of your visit to our website. However, the data listed are not suitable for individualising certain visitors to the website. They are evaluated exclusively for statistical purposes, whereby the individual user remains anonymous. This data is not merged with other data sources. If external service providers are used in connection with the storage and evaluation of this data, technical and organisational measures are taken to ensure that the transfer of data to these external service providers is in accordance with the legal provisions.
Beyond this, no personal data is collected unless you have voluntarily decided to enter such data or have expressly declared your consent (e.g. in the context of using the contact form or when registering for the newsletter). If you provide us with such personal data of your own accord, we will use, process or pass on this data exclusively for the purpose of the proper fulfilment of the contract or within the framework specified by you in the declaration of consent. Otherwise, we will only pass on your data to third parties if we are obliged to do so by law or by official or court orders. Personal data that you have consented to be stored will only be stored for the duration of our contractual relationship or until the purpose of the data processing has been fulfilled. You can revoke your consent to the relevant data processing at any time.

Newsletter

In the case of registration for our newsletter, your IP address and the date of your registration are stored - for the purpose of ensuring that the owner of the specified e-mail address actually agrees to receive the newsletter. This data is stored with our order processor EDIS EDIS GmbH Hauptplatz 3, 8010 Graz. You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data listed at any time by clicking on the link in each newsletter.

In any case, we comply with all legal provisions, in particular the Data Protection Act and the Telecommunications Act, when processing personal data.

Safety and security
